Come join us and learn how to deal constructively with your daily struggles in a way that satisfies both yourself and the people around you.
Using the tools of Non-Violent Communication (NVC), we will learn how to reframe our thinking and change our actions. In an open, supportive environment, we practice to express our needs, to create connection and mutual understanding.
Practical skills: immediately apply what you learned in both your personal and professional life!
